In 2025, we welcome vehicles manufactured from the early 1900s through to 31 December 1995. RAA Bay to Birdwood vehicle registrations are limited to 1500 places. Registration will close when capacity has been reached. Please complete the registration process and our team will be in contact with you to confirm your place. Each vehicle entry is scrutineered prior to final confirmation.

RAA Bay to Birdwood: Sunday 19 October 2025
RAA Bay to Birdwood Judging: Saturday 18 October (You must be available to attend the judging event if you are entering an award category)
All entrants must supply a photograph of their vehicle during the registration process. This must be a three-quarter view of the vehicle from the front, similar to the image of the Stanley Steamer above. The photo must clearly show the condition of the vehicle as it will be presented at the event and the rims/wheels that are fitted. Additional photographs may be requested to assist with the scrutineering process.
Please Note: This year, there will not be an Alternative Start venue available at Civic Park, Modbury. However, this site will remain as a designated Rest Stop for the journey from West Beach to Birdwood. The rest stop will have food and drink options available to refuel participants en route to Birdwood, as well as parking and bathroom facilities. For more information, please see our FAQs.
