The event is held over three locations. Commencing at Barratt Reserve West Beach, vehicle entrants arrive from early morning and grab a quick coffee before being waved off as they embark on the route to Birdwood.
Continuing along the official route where spectators are encouraged to wave to the passing parade of historic and rarely seen vehicles.
Celebrating a successful completion of the run, entrant vehicles converge on the grounds of the National Motor Museum, where the Finish Festival starts. Soak up the wonderful atmosphere and be entertained, admire hundreds of rarely seen historic vehicles and talk to the owners. Enjoy quality regional produce, Adelaide Hills craft beer, wines and spirits plus delicious gourmet street food served by local food trucks.
Visitors are encouraged to don their best vintage clothing and enter the Fashions on the Field competition for best period-dress.
