As part of the COVIDSafe Management Plan currently under review by SA Health, the 2020 Bay to Birdwood Finish event format has been altered significantly and will not feature any entertainment or catering. The Finish event this year will be for registered entrants only, and spectators will not be permitted at the National Motor Museum, which will remain closed for the duration of the event. This doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the spectactle, as the Bay to Birdwood will be livestreamed this year, so keep an eye out for details of how to tune in.
VISIT THE ADELAIDE HILLS
Rather than inviting entrants to congregate at the National Motor Museum in Birdwood, we will be encouraging everyone to explore the Adelaide Hills parks, cafes, wineries, restaurants, pubs and other attractions.
We’re working closely with Adelaide Hills Tourism to create some tips and suggestions so you can show support to those businesses in the Hills who have been impacted by the Cudlee
Creek Bushfires and now COVID-19. We hope you will explore with your fabulous vehicles and fashions of the era the great offerings in the Hills and provide a much-needed boost to the economy. More details will be available soon.
