Food and Beverage Vendors and Stall Holders

Applications for Food and Beverage Vendors and Stall Holders are now open for this year’s Bay to Birdwood.

We are always on the lookout for businesses that offer great quality and service to the events held on the National Motor Museum grounds. If you would like to be considered for events such as the Bay to Birdwood, which is on  Sunday 16 October, please let us know.

While you do not need to be based in the Adelaide Hills to secure a spot at the Bay to Birdwood Finish Festival, we are looking to offer the best of local and South Australian products to 4000+ vehicle participants and spectators.

The community of participants and those that follow this historic parade of motoring culture make the Bay to Birdwood Finish Festival atmosphere. Fashions of the period are part of this and are a great attraction on the day. If you have a pop up shop, market stall or fully kitted out setup that will offer something of interest to our participants and visitors please click on the link below for Stall Holders and send us your information.

Site fees apply and vary depending on site size, power requirements and type of business, etc. An event team member will be in touch with you once your registration has been received.
