Applications for Food and Beverage Vendors and Stall Holders have now closed for this year’s Bay to Birdwood, but we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in participating in future events.
We are always on the lookout for food and beverage stalls, food trucks, etc. that can offer fresh fast and delicious food that add value to the events on our grounds at the National Motor Museum. If you would like to be considered for events such as the Bay to Birdwood, one of the world’s great historic motoring events held annually and which is on again this year on Sunday 26 September, please let us know.
We are expecting that the 2021 Bay to Birdwood will see over 7000 participants and spectators at the National Motor Museum between 9 am and 5 pm for another memorable day.
While you do not need to be based in the Adelaide Hills to secure a spot with us we are creating a local feel and want to offer the best of local and South Australian products to enhance people’s memorable experience.
The community of participants and those that follow this historic parade of motoring culture make the Bay to Birdwood Finish Festival atmosphere. Fashions of the period are part of this and are a great attraction on the day. If you have a pop up shop, market stall or fully kitted out setup that will offer something of interest to our participants and visitors please click on the link below for Stall Holders and send us your information.
Site fees apply and vary depending on your needs, such as site size, power requirements and type of business etc.
We can’t wait to hear from you.
