How do I enter the 2022 Bay to Birdwood?

Registrations open in June 2022. To enter visit the Bay to Birdwood website and click on ‘Enter your vehicle’. Check that your vehicle is in keeping with the Event Regulations and proceed to registration payment. Note that once your payment has been received you will then be required to submit an online form with your contact details, vehicle details and a photo of your vehicle that clearly shows the wheels/rims.

I registered for the 2021 Bay to Birdwood but chose to roll my registration over to 2022 – what will happen next?

All Entrants who decided to roll their registration fee from 2021 into 2022 were contacted early in 2022 to see if they still intend to be involved in the Bay to Birdwood on 16 October 2022. If you did not receive a confirmation email please contact us to check that your details are still correct.

What year of vehicle is eligible to enter the Bay to Birdwood?

Since the Bay to Birdwood celebrated its 40th Anniversary in 2020 the event has changed to include all years of vehicles from the early 1900s through to 30 years prior to the event. In 2022 we welcome any vehicle that has not been substantially modified and  manufactured prior to 1993.

How much does it cost to enter the 2022 Bay to Birdwood?

I paid the registration fee but could not enter the vehicle details, what do I do?

I am having trouble entering online – who do I contact?

I have registered a vehicle – what can I expect to happen before the big day?

Once your registration has been received your vehicle will pass by our scrutineering team and once approval has been given a confirmation email will be sent to you. In September an entrant pack will be sent containing your credentials needed for the day. All entry details, such as arrival times and any COVIDSafe procedures will be emailed to you.

I have entered an Award Category with my vehicle – what do I need to know?

Judging will take place the day before the Bay to Birdwood on Saturday 15 October 2022. The location is to be confirmed but will be close to Adelaide. Please read the Event Regulations regarding the Award category that you have chosen to participate in to know what is required of you and your vehicle.
